Hibbs & Associates Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 40667). Our team of Instructors/ trainers at Hibbs & Associates Pty Ltd hold the TAE 40110 qualification.
Hibbs & Associates Pty Ltd offers a wide range of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training courses. The courses range from short (two hours to one day) to longer duration (two to four days) and are contextualised to suit the client’s / organisation’s needs. Training can be presented either on site or in the Hibbs & Associates Pty Ltd training room at Homebush-West.
General construction induction (GIT/CIC) Training
CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry : This training has a duration of eight (8) hours and cost $110 (exc. GST) which are payed on the day of the training. Hibbs & Associates Pty Ltd does not take payments in advance.

Approved health and safety representative (HSR) training
Approved health and safety representative (HSR) training assists elected representatives to understand and fulfil their role and functions.
HSRs are entitled to choose and attend a SafeWork NSW-approved five-day training course in work health and safety, and a one day refresher course each year during their term of office.

Full course – N/A Refresher – participants are an elected HSR who have completed the approved five-day initial training course or the gap training course prior to 31 December 2012.
HSR training courses can also be accessed by other members of organisations such as health and safety committee members, managers and supervisors to assist them in understanding the legislation relating to consultation and the important role of HSRs in the workplace.
Once a HSR has completed approved training, they can exercise additional powers to: direct unsafe work to stop when they have a reasonable concern that carrying out the work would expose a worker of their work group to a serious risk issue a ‘Provisional Improvement Notice’ (PIN) when they reasonably believe there is a contravention of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW)
